Tom Woodhouse
Professor Tom Woodhouse is the Director of the Centre for Conflict Resolution within the Department of Peace Studies at the University of Bradford, and founded the Centre in 1990. The Centre has a strong research and teaching profile around conflict analysis, peacekeeping, peacebuilding and the development of conflict theory related to international conflict. He directs the Centre’s E-Learning Programme. He is a member of the Board of the Conflict Research Society, academic director of the Rotary Centres for International Studies in Peace and Conflict Resolution at the University of Bradford, and adviser to the All Party Parliamentary Group on Conflict Issues.
His research interests include conflict resolution and conflict theory, peacekeeping, peacebuilding and conflict resolution, the role of popular culture and the arts in conflict resolution, the impact of ICT on conflict resolution (cyber peace), and E-Learning Methods in Conflict Resolution education.
