The Americas

• Postage is an additional $5.00 within the United States, $8.00 for Canada, Mexico, Central and South America - with $1 for each additional book.
• If you live in CA, MA or VT state sales tax applies. Canadian residents pay 7% GST.
• For delivery to a US address allow between 7 and 10 working days for the order to reach you.
• For delivery to a Canadian address allow up to 28 days for delivery.
• For Mexico, Central or South America please allow up to three months for delivery.

UK, Europe & Rest of World

• Unless otherwise stated, postage is an additional £2.50 for the first copy plus 50p for every additional copy to a maximum of £8.00.
• For delivery to a UK address allow between 7 and 10 working days for the order to reach you.
• If delivery is to an address outside of the UK allow up to 28 days for delivery.
